Your tasks

  • Design, implement and continuously develop our training program that reflects luxury retail standards and our corporate values.
  • Conduct training needs analysis to identify skills and performance gaps
  • Deliver scalable training programs that develop sales expertise, client experience, and leadership capability across all retail teams.
  • Managing the in-store training coordinators and ensuring training sustainability
  • Design and implement talent development strategies to support organizational goals and managing the in-store training coordinators.
  • Link training and upskilling initiatives to measurable business outcomes such as sales, client satisfaction, and operational KPIs.
  • Facilitate best practice sharing between Interlaken and Lucerne
