Your tasks
- Design, implement and continuously develop our training program that reflects luxury retail standards and our corporate values.
- Conduct training needs analysis to identify skills and performance gaps
- Deliver scalable training programs that develop sales expertise, client experience, and leadership capability across all retail teams.
- Managing the in-store training coordinators and ensuring training sustainability
- Design and implement talent development strategies to support organizational goals and managing the in-store training coordinators.
- Link training and upskilling initiatives to measurable business outcomes such as sales, client satisfaction, and operational KPIs.
- Facilitate best practice sharing between Interlaken and Lucerne
