Group Manager - Learning & Development


• 18+ years with hands-on experience building and implementing L&D strategies aligned with business KPIs and capability development (upskilling, reskilling, cross-skilling)

8+ Years’ experience in managing C-Suite & leadership Trainings

• Proven expertise in training budget planning and management

• Strong understanding of current and future L&D landscapes, with demonstrated success developing impactful program frameworks

• Experience managing teams and engaging with local and global stakeholders

• Strategic partner in Learning and Development, working in collaboration with business and senior stakeholders

  • Embed strong Learning and Coaching culture within organization
  • Develop yearly training strategies and perform periodic needs assessment
