Life on the team 

The Group Manager – Services Partnering will lead a team of International Partner Managers within Group Managed Services who develop and manage Computacenter's global services partner network. This role requires a highly motivated and experienced individual with a proven track record in team leadership, partner management and business development within the IT services sector.

What you'll do

  • Manage a team of partner managers, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback. 
  • Influence and contribute to the global services partner strategy aligned with Computacenter's overall Managed Services growth objectives. 
  • Build and manage a diverse portfolio of partners capable of delivering high-quality outsourced and out-tasked service outcomes. 
  • Identify, recruit, and on-board strategic partners, ensuring alignment with Computacenter's service standards and customer needs. 
  • Drive partner enablement programs to ensure partners have the necessary knowledge and skills to deliver Computacenter's services. 
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within partner organisations. 
  • Monitor partner performance and ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs). 
  • Deliver cost savings/avoidance to enhance Computacenter’s competitiveness and support growth. 
  • Performance indicators 

  • Effective management and development of the partner managers. 
  • Effective cascade and delivery of the team’s objectives
  • Partner performance against agreed SLAs and KPIs. 
  • Achieve annual cost savings/avoidance target. 
  • Growth in Managed Services revenue generated through partner engagements. 
  • What you'll need 

  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team. 
  • Extensive experience in partner management 
  • Experience with contract negotiation and management. 
  • Experience working in a global, matrixed organization. 
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. 
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. 
  • International business experience
