Group Operations Data Lead

Role Overview:

The Group Operations Data Lead will drive end-to-end data enablement for strategic initiatives, ensuring compliance with global data standards and solution blueprints across multiple business units.

Key Responsibilities:

• Global Solution Design: Develop solution blueprints aligned with Group data standards.
• Implementation Coordination: Guide LBUs in data readiness, pipeline setup, and compliance.
• Testing & Deployment: Validate data quality and compliance before go-live.
• Ongoing Governance: Maintain alignment with Group data architecture and standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
• 10+ years in data lifecycle management and governance.
