Group Operations Manager – Western Australia

Seneco Group is a growing Western Australian professional services group operating across Wealth Management, Tax & Accounting, Finance, and Legal .

We provide integrated advice to clients across WA and are continuing to scale our operations, systems and team. To support this growth, we are seeking an experienced Group Operations Manager to lead and manage our WA operations.

The Role

This is a senior leadership role responsible for the day-to-day operational management of all Western Australian entities within the group.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director , you will take ownership of operational performance, people leadership, workflow management and execution across all divisions.

This role is suited to a hands‑on operations leader who enjoys being embedded in the business, driving standards, accountability and performance across teams.
