About the role

We're looking for an experienced Payroll Manager to lead the end-to-end payroll function across JPL Group. Managing a team of six, you'll oversee fortnightly payroll for 4,000-5,000 retail team members and a monthly Head Office payroll, ensuring compliance with awards, agreements, and legislation.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll drive process improvements, lead payroll projects, and play a key role in enterprise agreement negotiations.
