Group Portfolio Lead, Personal Lines

Portfolio Management is an important priority for Tryg as part of our 2027 Strategy within Technical Excellence. Your job is to ensure delivery on the strategic agenda for Personal Lines at Tryg, working in close collaboration with the Business Units. You will do this through three primary areas of focus:

• Supporting each Business Unit in achieving excellent Portfolio Management
• Facilitating knowledge sharing and the adoption of best practices across Tryg
• Maintaining an ongoing dialogue follow-up with Business Units on performance, including assessing results and developing solutions to challenges across Tryg’s main portfolios.
