Group Procurement Manager

As Group Procurement Manager, you’ll sit at the centre of the CPG value engine. Reporting to the COO, this is a senior, Group leadership role responsible for defining and executing procurement strategy and managing costs across multiple business units.

You’ll drive cost optimisation at scale, embed standardised governance and processes, and elevate procurement from function to strategic advantage. This role is about influence, transformation, and delivering measurable commercial outcomes, while building resilient, future‑ready supplier ecosystems that support growth, innovation, and expansion.
