Role Overview:-

We are seeking an experienced Group Product Manager (GPM) to lead our Diabetes portfolio , covering GLP1, Oral Anti-Diabetics, Insulin, and allied metabolic products. The role demands strong understanding of diabetes therapy management, prescription behavior, patient adherence, and long-term brand building . This is a strategic leadership position with direct impact on business growth and portfolio expansion.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Own end-to-end responsibility for assigned Diabetes brands
• Develop and execute Annual Marketing Plans (AMPs) aligned with portfolio growth objectives
• Drive product lifecycle management including new launches, line extensions, fixed-dose combinations, and brand revitalization
• Lead new product launch excellence in coordination with Medical, Regulatory, Sales, and Supply Chain teams
• Track and analyze IQVIA / AWACS / internal sales data to assess brand performance and market share
• Monitor guideline updates, competitor strategies, and prescription trends in Diabetes care
• Conceptualize effective promotional campaigns including visual aids, digital engagement, patient education programs, and adherence initiatives
• Ensure all marketing communication complies with ethical and regulatory standards
• Enable sales teams through therapy-centric brand training, selling stories, and objection-handling guides
• Mentor and guide Product Managers / APMs , ensuring strong execution and capability building
