Minimum 8 years into Brand Management


Role & Responsibilities :

  • Brand promotional strategies
  • Expand product base
  • Analyze competitor strategy
  • Lead the product executives /product managers and coordinate cross-functional teams
  • Designing product strategies and execution
  • Assess promotional needs of the products
  • Conducting market research
  • Product launch
  • Train, motivate and guide the field force
  • Handle product related quiries
  • Carry out events ( Domestic & International)
  • Managing conferences
  • Design trade activities
  • Sales / Data Analysis
  • Conducting Training/Briefing meets
  • Participate in the Cycle review meetings


Functional Knowledge / Skills:

General

  • Analytical skill
  • Customer development through focused approach
  • Sales coordination in competitive environment
  • Ability to travel
  • In depth knowledge of pharma products and the brand he/she has to handle


Specialized

  • Brand differentiation by developing product concepts
  • Anticipating competitor behavior through data analysis to keep check on market trends
  • Contingency Planning
  • Creative copy writing-To creating high perception story lines for the brands
  • Persuasion-To persuade team members to orient their mindset towards gaining leadership and moving from Good to Great
