Minimum 8 years into Brand Management
Role & Responsibilities :
- Brand promotional strategies
- Expand product base
- Analyze competitor strategy
- Lead the product executives /product managers and coordinate cross-functional teams
- Designing product strategies and execution
- Assess promotional needs of the products
- Conducting market research
- Product launch
- Train, motivate and guide the field force
- Handle product related quiries
- Carry out events ( Domestic & International)
- Managing conferences
- Design trade activities
- Sales / Data Analysis
- Conducting Training/Briefing meets
- Participate in the Cycle review meetings
Functional Knowledge / Skills:
General
- Analytical skill
- Customer development through focused approach
- Sales coordination in competitive environment
- Ability to travel
- In depth knowledge of pharma products and the brand he/she has to handle
Specialized
- Brand differentiation by developing product concepts
- Anticipating competitor behavior through data analysis to keep check on market trends
- Contingency Planning
- Creative copy writing-To creating high perception story lines for the brands
- Persuasion-To persuade team members to orient their mindset towards gaining leadership and moving from Good to Great
