Group Product Manager - Search

Role Overview:

As the Group Product Manager leading the search - AI /ML Nykaa Beauty & Fashion in India, you will be responsible for driving the vision, strategy, and execution of our search capabilities to enhance the overall customer experience. This role is responsible for improving the Search Relevance, Ranking and Personalisation for Nykaa. This will entail building an ML/ GenAI systems for search. This PM will also build newer 0->1 GenAI based capabilities for Nykaa.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, with a strong background in building search products or complex data science models for mid to large size organizations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, design, and business stakeholders, to deliver a world-class search experience for our users.
