Group Sales Executive

Mission: The primary mission of the Group (MICE) Sales Executive is to proactively identify, qualify, and convert group business opportunities that align with Pine Cliffs Resort’s commercial strategy. This role focuses on building strong, value-driven relationships with planners, agencies, DMCs, and corporate clients to maximize group room nights, catering revenue, and total resort contribution.

Job Description:

• Proactively solicits and qualifies group opportunities through, research, networking, and inbound enquiries.
• Prepares accurate and compelling proposals, contracts, and presentations aligned with Marriott and Pine Cliffs standards.
• Conducts detailed site inspections showcasing the resort’s facilities, services, and MICE capabilities.
