We plan, design, implement and maintain small to very large-scale commercial systems, fully integrated and managed either through centralised or regional operations centres.
The Role
Our client is seeking a Group Sales Manager in the Security and Investigations division.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a global team, providing top-tier service to existing and prospective clients while expanding the business on a product and global level.
The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, managing existing relationships, and contributing to the company's mission of becoming a Top Clearer worldwide in commodity markets.
Your key responsibilities:
- Lead and coach a regional sales team (7-10 members, expected to grow).
- Drive global sales strategy across APAC, UK, and emerging markets.
- Achieve revenue targets and close deals personally.
- Collaborate with cross-regional teams and hiring managers.
Technical Requirements:
- Strong leadership and coaching ability.
- Proven track record in sales strategy and execution.
- Humble, grounded, and team oriented.
- Background in electronic security or technology/IT preferred (but not mandatory).
Nature of Role:
- Focus on sales leadership, not technical expertise.
- Ability to train team on sales aspects and client engagement.
