Job Description
JOB PURPOSE:
As a Senior UX Designer you be leading a couple of critical company initiatives/ products or POD’s to improve human factors and usability engineering competencies and steer the focus towards User Centric Design. The role will also be leading design craft by example by being responsible of the end-to-end design of the product(s), including product vision, incorporating user research and visual design.
JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY WILL INCLUDE
- Drive and deliver a UX vision at a/multiple product level, along with a plan for evolutionary, iterative updates, that actualize the larger product vision over time.
- Build strong relationships and operating rhythms with cross-functional stakeholders of the specific product(s) to efficiently implement user experiences that are cohesive, inclusive, and well-informed.
