To serve as the control tower of the MD Office , ensuring disciplined execution, operational visibility, financial oversight, and relationship/pipeline follow-through across the Group’s portfolio companies, assets, and strategic initiatives. The role translates MD priorities into measurable actions, ensures accountability, and prevents execution or financial surprises.

Key Responsibilities

1. Group Execution & Performance Management
   • Own the Group execution cadence , ensuring MD decisions convert into tracked deliverables
   • Maintain a Group-wide action tracker across companies/projects, with deadlines, owners, and status
   • Drive weekly execution reviews, highlight bottlenecks, and escalate risks early
   • Implement RAG (Red/Amber/Green) reporting for portfolio initiatives and key priorities
