Grove Manager

Lead Boundary Bend Estate as a high-performing commercial operation, accountable for cost, productivity, quality and delivery against targets.

We are seeking a commercial Grove Manager to lead our Boundary Bend Estate, one of Australia's most significant olive growing assets. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll work closely with the Head of Horticulture and collaborate with onsite teams in operations, horticulture, processing, irrigation, maintenance and our own R&D harvesting teams as well as working closely with our Boort Grove Manager. You'll be responsible for turning strategy into execution while ensuring safety, cost control, innovation and fruit quality for premium extra virgin olive oil (EVOO) are never compromised.
