Job Description
The Growth Account Manager manages and develops the primary relationship with Tag’s existing clients and is responsible for delivering unparalleled customer care, exceptional quality across all programs, and identifying opportunities to expand and grow client partnerships.
Job Qualifications
- 2–4 years of account management and/or business development experience within content marketing, digital marketing, ecommerce, or related fields
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Advertising, Media Studies, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Proven track record growing and retaining client relationships while consistently achieving revenue targets, including pitching and winning new business within existing accounts
- Sales and business development experience driving incremental revenue growth within existing accounts across technology, marketing, content production, or social/digital engagements
