Job Description

We are looking for a Growth and Paid Media Analyst with a strategic mindset and strong tactical execution skills, capable of leading digital acquisition campaigns with an omnichannel approach. This role will be key in designing, implementing, and optimizing performance marketing initiatives focused on generating qualified leads in SaaS and B2B environments.

The main responsibilities you will have are:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube), LinkedIn Ads and across the Meta Ads ecosystem (Facebook, Instagram, Audience Network).
  • Design and develop multichannel acquisition strategies, integrating paid media, organic tactics, email marketing and automation.
  • Produce monthly reports with actionable business insights.
  • Oversee the entire demand generation funnel, ensuring efficient conversion from first touch to closed deal.
