The Growth and Partnerships Associate at Cialfo focuses on building and managing relationships with K‑12 schools to drive sales of our education technology solutions.

About This Role

  • Lead the sales cycle within your regional team under the Vice President of K12.
  • Generate new prospects through lead generation events, engaging with prospects, forging strong relationships, and winning new K12 clients.
  • Collaborate with Marketing managers, Client Partners, and other K12 colleagues to provide continuous value to clients.
  • Maintain a clean and accurate pipeline in CRM, track progress, and meet individual and team targets.
  • Attend conferences and events to represent Cialfo.
