Growth and Partnerships Associate

Role Overview

We’re hiring a Growth Partnerships Associate to build, negotiate, and scale partnerships that bring new users into the SharpStakes ecosystem.

You will work directly with various audiences to for SharpStakes to activate on.

What You’ll Own

• Identify high-potential partners
• Analyze audience quality, reach, and conversion potential.

2. Partnership Negotiation & Closing

• Pitch SharpStakes to potential partners using data, storytelling, and incentives.
• Negotiate contracts in collaboration with the leadership team.

3. Distribution Strategy

• Architect funnels for each partner (email sends, QR codes, social posts, website banners, events, UGC).

4. Relationship & Account Ownership

• Become the day-to-day point of contact for partners.
