Growth Associate (Inbound Sales) (In-Office | Bangalore – Church Street)
Who we’re looking for We’re looking for a high-ownership, execution-first Growth Associate (Inbound Sales) who understands startup sales, can think on their feet, and can close conversations — not just talk.
This role is 100% in-office and requires someone who enjoys being in the middle of fast-moving conversations, real customers, and real revenue.
Must-have experience & mindset Work experience in sales
(a) Particularly in startups
(b) Not corporate or enterprise-focused
Hands-on exposure to inbound / inside sales
A strong hustler mindset (the ability to get things done the same day)
Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
Strong communication skills Very good at articulation and clarity of thought
Ability to understand the consumer and the context of a call
Excellent communication in both Hindi and English
