Job Description

We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Growth Consultant!

The Growth Consultant leads activities and acquires inputs from cross-functional teams across the organization in order to develop, design, and ultimately execute the delivery of solutions during opportunity management.The Growth Consultant will manage the design of solutions during the sales and proposal process. They will define solution specifications tailored to a specific client, geography, or location. Growth Consultant will lead this effort through market research, localized insights gained from the market, and by working with other teammates.

  • 5+ years’ experience
  • Bachelor’s degree

    • Preferred Experience:

  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams to deliver programs or complete energy and environmental studies
  • Demonstratedexpertisein demand side management program design,evaluationand utility needs in regulated energy markets
  • Demonstratedexpertisein modelling concepts andexpertisein excel andPowerBI
  • Strong financial and market analysis experience and the ability to organize, document and present results in a clear and coherent fashion to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Knowledge of all disciplinesrequiredto deliver solutions designed, along with the capacity to add value across the chain of resourcesrequiredto deliver those programs.
  • Bachelor's degree in environmental science, energy analysis, building science, architecture, engineering, statistics, economics, or studies that have a basis in analysis are preferred
  • Experience anddemonstratedsuccess with leveraging Artificial Intelligence to deliver efficiencies
  • Proven ability to lead process flow mapping
