Instead of hiring traditional roles, we are partnering up with founding members who take real ownership of individual products within the platform. Each product has independent growth goals while contributing to the overall ecosystem. At Entrext, we value speed, conviction, and ownership over hierarchy.
Role: Growth Founding Member
As a Growth Founding Member at Entrext, you will choose one product from our five-product platform based on your interests, strengths, and conviction.
Once selected, you will take end-to-end ownership of that product — from early validation to launch, growth, and scaling. You will operate as the founder of that product, responsible for its strategy, growth, and commercial success, while collaborating with the broader Entrext team.
