So we are now looking for Growth hacker to join our kick ass team. We are a VC backed Startup so we will expect the moon and the earth from you in deliverables. Here goes:


  • You will be someone who not only understands analytics but more importantly knows how to derive actionable insights

  • You have tons of ideas and are looking for a place to test them - spoiler alert : That place is us!

  • Your playground is Google analytics, firebase, facebook analytics etc and you have also mastered atleast one mobile automation tool ( clevetap or moengage)

  • You should have exceptional communication skills- you will be working closely with the management, the tech team and the product chaps, and you will know how to manage the expectations of each of these groups

    Requirements
  • You have a degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field

  • You have 4+ years of experience in the tech industry with maximum experience in a similar role preferably in a fast moving startup.

  • You possess excellent analytical skills and leverage data, metric, analytics and consumer behavior trends to generate creative ideas.

  • You are a highly goal-oriented individual who is resilient in their pursuit of growth.

  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.

  • Expert In Google Adwords and LinkedIn.

  • You are open minded, curious and a strong problem solver.

  • Experience in generating leads and achieving long term sustainable growth.

  • Impeccable communication skills.

  • Eager to work individually and with a team in a growing start-up.
