Role & Responsibilities

The Growth Lead will own and drive D2C sales for 15+ first-time online brands, focusing on profitability and scaling. This role involves taking high-level business decisions and executing strategies across website optimization, marketing, design, and growth initiatives for D2C partners. The Growth Lead will act as a business owner for multiple brands, making strategic choices and driving end-to-end execution.
