Growth Lead

The Role

We're looking for a Growth Lead to own the levers that turn awareness into adoption. You'll work across the full funnel, from how our ICP discovers us to how they convert from trial to paid. This is a high-autonomy role where you'll own outcomes, not just activities. You'll work directly with our two co-founders (Daniil and Horia) and Liliya, our other Growth Manager.

What You'll Do

• Promotional Launches & Social Media: Plan and execute launches across Product Hunt, Hacker News, developer communities, and social
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts (product, engineering, marketing) around releases
• Build repeatable playbooks for different launch types and channels
• Plan and execute weekly social media posts (Linkedin, Twitter)

• Trial & Conversion Optimization: Own the funnel from signup to paid conversion
