Bangalore | CTC up to ₹10 LPA

eFunds is scaling fast, and we’re looking for an experienced lending professional who has led large teams, cracked retail loan volumes, and understands the DSA ecosystem inside-out.
This role is NOT for freshers or first-time managers.
What You’ll Own
- Lead and manage a 40+ member sales & processing team
- Drive disbursements across:
- Business Loans
- Personal Loans
- Home Loans
- Working Capital / SME Loans
- Own the end-to-end lending lifecycle – sourcing to disbursal
- Work closely with Banks, NBFCs & Digital Lenders
- Track MIS, approval ratios, productivity & conversions
- Ensure compliance, quality sourcing & lender SOP adherence
- Build a high-performance, numbers-driven team culture
