Role: Growth Manager – E-commerce (Sales-Focused)
Department: Consumer Healthcare Division
Location: Panchkula
Reports To: Product Lead
Role Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Growth Manager with a primary focus on sales growth across all Ecommerce channels , D2C, marketplace, and Quick commerce. This role is responsible for achieving ambitious sales targets, optimizing conversion funnels, and ensuring seamless collaboration with platform, marketing, and operations teams. The ideal candidate will own the entire sales process—from lead generation to revenue realization—while driving continuous improvement in customer experience and platform performance.
Key Responsibilities (Sales-Driven KRAs)
1. Sales Target Achievement & Revenue Growth
- Own and deliver monthly and quarterly sales targets across all e-commerce channels (Amazon , cred, Tata1mg, Flipkart, Myntra , Nykaa, D2C, marketplace, Quick commerce etc,)....
