Job Description
Role Overview:
We are looking for a Growth Manager – Gaming (B2 C) to own the day-to-day and weekly growth engine for Rooter Shop. This role focuses on driving sales and transaction growth, optimizing performance across multiple channels, executing gaming-led campaigns and promotions, building creator and influencer partnerships, and ensuring strong availability of digital products.
This is a growth operations and marketing role , where the ideal candidate is a hands-on executor with a strong analytical mindset and a deep interest in the gaming ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Transaction Growth (Core Ownership)
Own GMV and transaction targets for Rooter Shop (B2 C)
Plan and execute weekly growth initiatives to drive volume through offers, bundles, placements, and campaigns
Continuously optimize pricing, promotions, and product visibility to improve conversion and scale sales
