We're looking for a Growth Manager (B2 C) who thrives in fast-moving, data-led environments and can take ownership of driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention across digital platforms.
Role Overview
As the Growth Manager - B2 C, you'll be responsible for designing and executing strategies that accelerate user growth across our digital properties. You will lead Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM) initiatives — focusing on personalized engagement, retention, and monetization through data-driven experimentation.
Key Responsibilities
Growth Strategy & Execution
Define and execute the B2 C growth roadmap - from acquisition to retention.
Build and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, Affiliates, and OEM channels.
Identify and scale new growth loops and referral mechanisms.
Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM)
Lead CLM initiatives to improve engagement, conversion, and retention across user segments.
Design personalized journeys via email, push notifications, and in-app communication.
Partner with data and product teams to build behavior-based segmentation automation workflows.
Analytics & Optimization
Own funnel metrics - CAC, activation rate, LTV, churn, and conversion efficiency.
Set up dashboards and track key growth KPIs using Mixpanel, Firebase, Apps Flyer, and GA4.
Run A/B tests on creatives, onboarding flows, and pricing experiments.
Collaboration & Leadership
Work closely with product, design, content, and business teams to ensure user-centric growth strategies.
Stay ahead of emerging growth trends, martech tools, and audience insights.
What We're Looking For
- 4-8 years of experience in growth, performance marketing, or lifecycle marketing roles (B2 C preferred).
- Proven success in running CLM projects and using data to drive personalized engagement.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (Mo Engage, Web Engage, Clever Tap, or similar).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; familiarity with SQL is a plus.
- Startup mindset - fast, iterative, experimental, and ownership-driven.
