Job Summary: Join our visionary team as Product Manager, driving innovation and growth for the Direct-to-Consumer business of Nat Habit. You will be responsible for the optimization of our website, oversee the development of a new app and drive the topline through continuous improvement in conversion rates and AOV.


Key Responsibilities:


Platform Optimization:

• Lead the enhancement and optimization of the current website for an improved user experience and subsequently conversions.

• Work closely with designers, developers, and other stakeholders to deliver a seamless and engaging app experience.

• Ideate and execute new features to drive business objectives.


Product Planning:

• Develop and communicate a product roadmap to drive revenue through CRO, improving retention and AOV.

• Identify market trends, competitor activities, and consumer needs to make inform strategic decisions.


Cross-functional Collaboration:

• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and technology teams to align product initiatives with overall business strategy.

• Facilitate communication and ensure a cohesive approach to product development.


Data-Driven Decision Making:

• Utilize analytics and data insights to make informed decisions and measure product success.

• Implement A/B testing and other methods to optimize features and functionalities.


Ideal candidate will have:

• Around 4-7 years of experience in product & growth role in B2C segment.

• Demonstrated success in driving growth through website and app improvements

• Ability to derive meaningful insights from available data and convert them in to implementable ideas.

• Bias for action and ownership to drive projects from ideation to completion efficiently and effectively.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

• Understanding of key business objectives and ability to drive innovations for achieving them.
