Lifecycle Marketing, CRO & Retention Manager

Role overview

This role owns customer retention and conversion improvement across lifecycle touchpoints and the website. The objective is to increase repeat revenue and on-site conversion through structured, data-driven experimentation. This is an execution-heavy role with clear ownership from insight → experiment → implementation → learning.

Key responsibilities

Lifecycle & Retention

  • Own email, app and WhatsApp lifecycle flows end-to-end
  • Segment customers based on behaviour, purchase history, and intent
  • Drive repeat purchases, loyalty adoption, and frequency
  • Continuously improve lifecycle performance through experimentation
