Hiring: Head of Growth & Performance (D2 C) | Vaayu
We’re hiring a Head of Growth & Performance at Vaayu.
This is not a brand-only role.
This role owns revenue, CAC, scale, and repeat.
You will:
Own Meta & Google performance outcomes (agency executes, you decide)
Scale paid revenue with CAC discipline
Build a high-velocity creative testing engine (UGC, founder-led, creators)
Improve funnel conversion, AOV & repeat purchase
Balance brand storytelling with performance reality
You should have:
6–10 years of experience in D2 C growth
Hands-on ownership of Meta + Google Ads
Scaled monthly ad spends
Clear experience reducing CAC and scaling revenue
Worked in fashion/lifestyle/jewellery/consumer brands
Location: India
