Job Title: Head of Growth (Marketing & Sales)

Location: Gurgaon (preferred) / multi-city exposure
Role Overview
Uncover Wellness is looking for a Head of Growth to drive customer acquisition and first-conversionβled revenue growth across clinics. This role will own the end-to-end growth funnel from lead generation to first treatment or package conversion.
The position focuses on efficient acquisition, performance marketing, and strong first conversion by tightly integrating marketing, inside sales, and on-ground clinic teams.
Note: This role does not own retention, repeat revenue, or long-term LTV programs. It is a hands-on execution role, not a pure strategy or brand role.
Scope of Ownership
- Lead Generation β Consultation β First Treatment / Package Conversion
- Repeat revenue, retention, and long-term LTV are outside the scope of this role.
Key Responsibilities
1. Growth & Revenue Ownership (First Conversion)
- Own topline growth from new customer acquisition
- Drive conversion funnels:
- Lead β Consultation
- Consultation β First Treatment / Package
- Build clinic-wise and city-wise monthly growth plans
- Ensure scalable, predictable growth aligned with unit economics
2. North Star Metrics Ownership
Own and track key growth metrics, including:
- Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
- Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
- Conversion metrics:
- Lead β Consultation
- Consultation β Treatment
- Treatment β First-cycle package / upsell
Metrics must be tracked channel-wise, clinic-wise, and city-wise.
3. Marketing & Demand Generation
- Own performance marketing across:
- Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
- Google
- YouTube
- Affiliates / marketplaces
- Scale lead volume while maintaining CAC and ROAS discipline
- Collaborate with creative and brand teams on:
- Messaging
- Offers
- Creatives
- Landing pages
- Drive continuous experimentation and optimisation
4. Sales & Conversion Management
- Own inside sales, tele-consultation, and clinic-level conversion performance
- Improve:
- Lead response time
- Consultation show-up rates
- Consultation-to-treatment closure rates
- Define sales processes, scripts, incentives, and training frameworks
- Work closely with clinic managers and doctors to improve on-ground conversion
5. Funnels, CRM & Systems
- Own online and offline growth funnels
- Ensure strong CRM hygiene, including:
- Lead attribution
- Follow-ups
- Drop-off and leakage analysis
- Build dashboards for:
- Channel ROI
- Sales productivity
- Clinic-level conversion performance
- Partner with product and tech teams to improve automation and reduce leakage
6. Team Leadership & Execution
- Build and manage:
- Performance marketing teams or agencies
- Inside sales leadership
- Set clear KPIs, review cadences, and accountability frameworks
- Foster a numbers-driven, execution-focused growth culture
Requirements
Must-Have
- 4β8+ years of experience in growth, marketing, or revenue roles
- Strong experience across performance marketing and sales conversion
- Background in high-consideration consumer services (healthcare, beauty, fitness, retail, edtech, etc.)
- Strong analytical mindset with hands-on funnel and conversion metrics ownership
- Execution-first approach with high ownership
- Comfortable working closely with founders and cross-functional teams
Good to Have
- Experience in clinics, healthcare, beauty, or aesthetics
- Multi-city growth experience
- Built or scaled inside sales teams
- Experience working with product or tech teams
