Job Description
We are looking for a Growth Manager to join us in our Oslo office. You will work closely with the Customer Success team to realise the revenue potential that rests within the existing customer base. In the role as Growth Manager you will drive sales processes and build long-term sustainable relationships, mainly with HR, IT and Procurement stakeholders with our customers.

- Responsibility for driving sales activities in close collaboration with Customer Success Managers (CSMs) for existing customers - primarily in Norway
- Drive sales by independently finding opportunities as well as based on leads from the CSM’s
