Role Summary

As the Growth Manager , you will design, manage, and execute the full lead-to-call funnel . This is an end-to-end growth ownership position , not a coordination or channel-specific role. You will lead strategy, oversee execution, and continually optimize for qualified discovery calls.

Your primary KPI: Qualified nonprofit discovery calls booked each month .
