Growth Marketer

Overview

We have our people and products in place, we are a well established business with a great client base and now we’re ready to get serious about growing! This is an expanding position and you will have the opportunity to develop the growth marketing function within our Revenue Operations team. Upon gaining a solid understanding of our businesses and positioning in the market, we envisage the role will encompass:

• Achieving specific MRR targets through developing a strategy to drive acquisition and retention;
• Data driven analysis, reporting and decision making;
• Identify one or two channels, experiment, and iterate to find traction;
• Work closely with client services and service operations teams;
• Expected to be fast moving, make decisions,take risks, fail and iterate in order to succeed.
