Growth Marketer - Internship

Title: Growth Intern (Founder's Office)

Location: Remote

Stipend: ₹20,000 / Month

Duration: 3 Months (Strong potential for full-time conversion)

This is not a Social Media Manager role. This is a Growth Hacking role. You will work directly with the Founder to build our customer acquisition engines from scratch. Your job is simple: Run experiments, break things, fix them, and find the channels that bring in revenue.

We don't care about vanity metrics (likes/follows). We care about leads, conversions, and users.

You will not be micromanaged. You will be given targets and the freedom to hit them using:

• Paid Acquisition: Set up and optimize high-converting campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads. You need to know your CPA from your ROAS.
