Role Description

We are hiring a Growth Marketer to support and execute Optima’s go-to-market, growth, and brand initiatives in a high-trust wealth management business:

• Shape Optima’s brand strategy, voice, and external image, ensuring consistency, credibility, and long-term trust
• Drive social media and content initiatives with a strong focus on distribution, reach, and authority, including hands-on content creation across formats (written, visual, gen-AI enabled) 
• Strengthen media presence, PR, and external communications, including coordination on press and industry visibility
• Run structured growth experiments using data, automation, and AI tools to support top-of-funnel growth, audience building, and demand-generation
