Description
We are hiring a Growth Marketer to support and execute Optima’s go-to-market, growth, and brand initiatives in a high-trust wealth management business:
- Shape Optima’s brand strategy, voice, and external image, ensuring consistency, credibility, and long-term trust
- Drive social media and content initiatives with a strong focus on distribution, reach, and authority, including hands-on content creation across formats (written, visual, gen-AI enabled)
- Strengthen media presence, PR, and external communications, including coordination on press and industry visibility
- Run structured growth experiments using data, automation, and AI tools to support top-of-funnel growth, audience building, and demand-generation
- Engage directly in communities and relationship-driven growth channels (online, offline, events, partnerships), independently or by bringing in external support when appropriate
- Experiment with initiatives that support, design and test guerrilla marketing strategies suitable for a regulated, credibility-driven industry
- Participate in consultative conversations that explain Optima’s investment approach to prospective clients
- Channel real customer and market insights back into product evolution
Preferred Background
- Experience: 4+ years in growth, GTM or performance marketing preferably in fintech, wealth, or other high-trust businesses
- Prior roles: background in early-stage start-ups, wealth or PMS businesses, or work demonstrating a strong understanding of the HNI and UHNI mindset
- Mindset: User empathy, relentless iterations, AI-native productivity, end-to-end ownership, and bias toward shipping
- Or something untraditional that trumps all of the above
