Kai is not looking for someone to run ads or post content.
We are building from zero. No playbook. No brand gravity. No safety net.
This role exists to manufacture growth from nothing.
To find a signal where others see noise.
To turn experiments into repeatable systems.

What you will own
You will own growth end to end. Not parts of it. Not execution only.
That includes:
• Designing and running rapid growth experiments weekly
• Taking Kai from zero users to its first true believers
• Finding non obvious growth channels before they become crowded
• Building scrappy funnels using no code tools, automation, and AI
• Turning cold attention into activated users
• Creating feedback loops between product and growth
• Measuring what actually matters, not vanity metrics
You will be expected to break things, learn fast, and compound wins.
What success looks like in the first 90 days
• Kai has clear traction channels identified
• At least one repeatable growth loop is working
• Early users are activating and coming back
• Growth insights are feeding directly into product decisions
• Experiments are documented and systemised

What we are looking for
This is not about years of experience.
This is about proof of obsession.
You should have:
• Zero to one building experience
• Real experiments you have run, failed, and learned from
• Strong intuition for distribution and attention
• Comfort with ambiguity and speed
• Ability to execute solo without waiting for instructions
• Deep curiosity about growth mechanics
• Hands on experience with tools, automation, and analytics
If you have grown your own product, side project, community, or revenue stream from scratch, you already have an edge.
Growth skills we value
You do not need all of these, but you should be strong in several:
• Growth hacking and experimentation frameworks
• Content led growth and distribution
• Community or social driven growth
• SEO, programmatic or unconventional traffic strategies
• Funnel thinking and conversion optimisation
• Basic analytics and tracking
• AI tools for growth automation
More important than tools is how you think.
