We are seeking a data-driven Growth Marketing Executive to support and scale user acquisition efforts across multiple paid and organic channels. This role is ideal for someone with around 1 year of experience who enjoys hands-on execution, experimentation, and turning performance data into actionable growth insights.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive user acquisition in the US market across channels such as TikTok, Reddit, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and other emerging platforms
  • Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns, from outreach to performance tracking
  • Collaborate with product teams to improve product experience based on user feedback and campaign learnings
  • Monitor, analyse, and optimise marketing performance to improve ROI across channels
  • Conduct market, competitor, and user research to support growth initiatives and strategic decisions
  • Take ownership of underperforming initiatives, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions
  • Support rapid experimentation across creatives, messaging, channels, and audiences
