Develop and implement data-driven growth marketing strategies to drive business objectives. Analyse market trends and customer insights to optimize marketing campaigns. Oversee performance marketing channels, including paid search, social media, and email marketing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with company goals. Monitor and report on key performance metrics to ensure campaign effectiveness. Identify and test new growth opportunities to expand customer base and increase engagement. Lead and mentor a team to achieve marketing goals and KPIs. Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels and initiatives. The Successful Applicant
A successful Head of Growth Marketing should have:
A strong background in similar roles with at least 15 years of experience within the consumer internet industry. Proven ability to create and execute growth marketing strategies. Experience in using data analytics to guide marketing decisions. Proficiency in managing performance marketing channels and tools. Excellent leadership and team management skills. A results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving business objectives.
