Role Description
We are hiring for the role of Growth Marketing Lead in a full-time, on-site leadership position based in Mumbai. This role will be part of the founding operating team and among the first 5 hires in the company. The individual will lead media budget, campaign execution, online revenue to fuel long term brand growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute a multi-channel media strategy for brand launch and scale
- Lead the thinking and execution of growth marketing campaigns across channels
- Lead a high converting D2C product
- Outline the retention marketing charter
- Build an A/B testing mindset in the company
- Build and nurture affiliate partnerships from the ground up
- Establish measurement systems, reporting, and performance optimization
Candidate Profile (Experience) – must have
Experience in growth marketing/ performance media for startups in beauty/ health/ fashion/ lifestyle/ entertainment, especially in early stage (0-1-10)
Candidate Profile (Skills)
- Strong understanding of brand equity and the long-term cost of its dilution
- Strong understanding of Meta, Google and Amazon ads
- Exceptional campaign tracking and optimisation abilities
