Growth Marketing Manager — Coreworks

Coreworks is an AI-native product that turns raw data — spreadsheets, systems, uploads — into finished outputs : models, reports, and decks.
We’re early. The product is powerful and flexible.
That makes discoverability and explanation the core growth problem.
This role owns how people find Coreworks, understand what it does, and decide to try it .
It’s not brand marketing.
It’s not campaign management.
It’s building repeatable demand from first principles .
You’ll work directly with the founders to define Coreworks’ GTM playbook and scale what works.
Scope of the Role (Explicit Ownership)
You are accountable for top-of-funnel discovery and early demand across content, creators, distribution, and targeted outreach.
Your job is to ensure the right users:
- Find Coreworks
- Understand it quickly
- Try it
And that we know why those things are happening.
Channels & Activities You Will Own
Written Content (Primary Growth Surface)
- Blog posts and workflow breakdowns
- Use-case explainers (“How teams turn X into Y with Coreworks”)
- Launch posts and feature announcements
- Short case studies from early users
- Founder-assisted long-form posts and threads
Metrics: page views → CTR → signups → activation
Video & Creator-Led Distribution
- Identify and work with creators on LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Shorts
- Ship demos, walkthroughs, POV workflows, and comparisons
- Brief creators, review content, iterate on hooks
- Turn high-performing creators into repeat collaborators
Metrics: impressions → clicks → signups → activated users
Organic Distribution
- Own organic distribution on LinkedIn, X, and YouTube
- Partner with founders on narrative-driven launches
- Drive ecosystem and community amplification
Metrics: reach, engagement, assisted signups
Targeted Outbound & Growth Experiments
- Run lightweight outbound experiments (email, LinkedIn, partnerships, referrals)
- Focus on learning and qualified conversations, not volume
- Tie launches and content to outbound spikes
Metrics: reply rate, conversations started, pilots, signups
What You Will Build
- A repeatable content + creator growth playbook
- Clear understanding of which channels and narratives convert
- A weekly experimentation cadence
- Simple dashboards tying activity → outcomes
- A growth system that compounds over time
Example Projects
- Launch a “How teams build finished outputs from messy data” content series
- Ship creator-led demos showing real Coreworks workflows
- Run a targeted outreach experiment to book pilot users
- Support a small, high-quality workshop or roundtable around a launch
- Turn early usage into short, credible case studies
What Success Looks Like (First 3–6 Months)
- We know which content formats reliably drive signups
- We know which creators and narratives convert
- Coreworks consistently shows up in relevant feeds and conversations
- Growth insights are shaping product and positioning decisions
Who This Role Is For
- You’ve led growth or demand at a SaaS or AI startup
- You’ve shipped written and video content tied to real metrics
- You’re comfortable owning numbers and tradeoffs
- You can run experiments without heavy process
- You don’t need perfect attribution to make decisions
