We’re looking for a hands-on Growth Marketing Manager who enjoys executing, shipping, and improving, not just managing large teams or agencies.
- Maintaining and improving our website (landing pages, blogs, partner pages)
- Executing SEO (on-page, content, internal linking, performance)
- Publishing long-form B2B SaaS content
- Turning founder insights into clear, useful LinkedIn content
- Supporting demand generation with high-intent assets (guides, webinars, light retargeting)
This role is execution-first .
- Have 4–7 years experience in B2B SaaS marketing
- Are comfortable being hands-on with SEO and content
- Have worked closely with founders
- Write clearly and think analytically
- Have used tools like GA4, GSC, Ahrefs/SEMrush, and common CMSs
Experience with finance, accounting, or SaaS products is a plus.
This is not a role focused on managing teams, agencies, or vendors.
You’ll be doing the work yourself and owning outcomes end to end.
