Job Description

As the Growth Marketing Manager (Expansion), you will operate at the intersection of Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Product. You will work to craft and create content to engage our developers throughout their experience with MongoDBand strengthen relationships to drive adoption, retention, expansion, and upsell motions.



This role requires expertise in Product-Led Growth (PLG) and lifecycle marketing. You will design and execute dynamic, personalized experiments across email, in-product messaging, and digital channels. Crucially, you will help orchestrate the hand-off to Sales, ensuring a seamless transition from self-serve adoption to enterprise agreements. You are a customer advocate first, working to accelerate their success on MongoDB, knowing that revenue follows value.
