About the Role

Little Passports is seeking a strategic, analytical, and performance-driven Web Acquisition Marketer to accelerate subscriber growth across its award-winning activity kit subscription business. This role owns paid web acquisition end-to-end defining strategy, managing campaigns, optimizing performance, and scaling channels to deliver ROAS-positive growth.

The role blends data-driven decision-making with creative marketing instincts and deep e-commerce expertise, making it ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of analytics, creativity, and customer behavior in the early learning space.

Key Responsibilities

Web Acquisition Strategy & Channel Management

  • Develop and execute multi-channel web acquisition strategies to drive qualified traffic and subscription growth
  • Manage performance channels including Meta, Google Search & Display, YouTube, Pinterest, TikTok, and affiliate networks
  • Run continuous testing across audiences, bidding, messaging, and landing experiences to improve CAC and ROAS
  • Scale top-performing channels and identify new growth opportunities such as podcasts and influencer marketing
  • Partner with product and design teams to optimize landing pages and paid traffic user journeys

Analytics, Reporting & Forecasting

  • Own acquisition analytics and KPIs including traffic, CAC, ROAS, and contribution margins
  • Partner with data teams to ensure accurate attribution and tracking
  • Manage daily pacing, forecasting, and budget allocation to hit monthly and quarterly targets

Creative & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with creative teams to build high performing assets for parents and families
  • Use performance insights to guide creative strategy and testing
  • Align with cross-functional teams, CRM, and operations to improve post-click experience and retention
  • Manage platform and vendor relationships

Qualifications

Must-Have

  • 5+ years of experience in web or digital acquisition/performance marketing
  • Strong hands-on expertise across Meta, Google Ads, and at least one emerging platform (TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube)
  • Deep understanding of web funnels, CRO, and performance optimization
  • Proficiency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Looker
  • Proven experience managing budgets and optimizing CAC, ROAS, and subscription KPIs

Other Details:

  • CTC: ₹15 LPA – ₹20 LPA
  • Location: Pune / Nashik (Work From Office)

Nice to Have

  • Experience in education, parent-focused, or kid-centric brands
  • Knowledge of subscription economics and LTV modeling
  • Experience with affiliates or influencer acquisition
  • SQL or advanced analytics exposure
