Key Responsibilities:

1. Performance Marketing & Campaign Execution

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Own daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics including CPL, CTR, ROAS, and lead quality.
• Work closely with the design and content teams to ensure cohesive and high-converting creatives.
